Talyn has worked with several athletes, clients with chronic pain and those recovering from injuries. Her ability to identify and address both muscular and nervous system tension has allowed her to create comprehensive plans for her clients to alleviate their pain and restrictions within their range of motion.

She utilizes a therapeutic touch meshed with sports massage techniques to reduce stress, tension, and pain. She can provide the lightest to firmest pressure dependent on her client’s needs. Talyn enjoys using stretching and cupping to provide the perfect therapeutic experience.

WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Talyn focuses on tailoring each program to each client’s holistic needs. She seeks to help her clients build physical and mental strength through meticulous movements that strengthen the muscular system and all of it’s intricacies. She teaches her clients how to utilize positive self-talk to boost their sense of self-confidence. She deeply understands Muscle Anatomy, Muscle Function, and Muscle Imbalances. Her work hones in on functionality, flexibility and safety based on a personalized Risk to Reward ratio.

This includes identifying what hinders each individual from committing to themselves and their Wellness Journey. She believes that finding healthy and effective ways to cope and navigate through the roadblocks that stand in our way is how we build true self-commitment and DEVOTION, not just discipline. We often assume that discipline is at the root of achievement, but Talyn understands Wellness on a deeper level after years of working in the Field of Psychology, Human Services, and Health & Wellness.

With a strong foundation we become unstoppable, but we need to understand the the ‘why’s’ of our ‘no’s’ before we establish the ‘why’ behind or actions towards our goals. Weakness shows up in Fitness, and where we may think it’s just physical, Our mind contributes to our strength a lot more than Physiology.

Talyn is a long-standing advocate for Mental Health, as her background is in Psychology, with a focus in Child Psychology. She has worked first hand as a Mentor, Interventionist and Therapeutic Guide since she was a teenager. She understands first hand how Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD can affect an individual’s livelihood, to include her own.

She has spent years studying and practicing holistic forms of wellness to support herself throughout her challenges and struggles and looks to pass along the knowledge she has, in order to serve others. She seeks to create a safe space where open talk revolving these topics, is the norm, and no longer a taboo.

She works diligently to help instill a healthy mindset and to supply the tools necessary to learn and sustain new habits. She pays close attention to body form and body mechanics to ensure clients feel confident within their boies and are performing movements safely to ensure optimal growth and reduce the chances of injury during physical training.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Talyn has a wealth of knowledge about Nutrition and how foods interact within the body on a chemical and cellular level. She has done immense research about food and disease, the long-term implications of consuming certain chemicals and how to create a Healthier Relationship with food. These are many aspects of Nutrition that the Average Wellness Coach does not address.

Talyn has been Studying and Practicing Herbalism for 5+ years. She is well versed in several Restrictive Diets, that include, but are not limited to: Veganism, Vegetarianism, and Pescatarianism.

She works with her client’s current eating regimen to shape it into a more healthier and sustainable regimen. She does not believe in implementing extremely strict and left-field diets, but more so building upon her clients knowledge and reframing the way they approach food.

She herself was Plant-Based for 5 1/2 years, to include following a Raw Vegan Diet, An Alkaline Diet, and the Traditional Vegan Diet. She is very knowledgeable about Fasting and Using Herbs to Support the Body.

She aims to educate her clients about Healthier choices, Intentional Grocery Shopping, Meal Prepping, Fasting for Discipline and Cleansing Purposes and the Powerful impact of incorporating Herbs into their life.
